libdnssec0 software package provides authoritative domain name server, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdnssec0
libdnssec0 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdnssec0 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdnssec0 *
You will get with libdnssec0 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
